Shared guidelines

  • FTE January thru December of qualifying year 
  • Must be in good standing at the time of Award Announcement and Award Fulfillment (i.e., the trip)
  • Prize is not convertible to cash
  • No compensation will be provided to winners that cannot make the trip due to non-business issues

Quota

  • Defined as all roles retiring ARR/TCV and iMRR in their comp structure 
  • Must meet shared guidelines
  • Must have an assigned quota by at least February 1, 2022
  • Sales performance based on actual credits against standard (fully ramped) quota (applies to all levels of sales leadership)

Non-Quota

  • Defined as roles measured by KPIs and performance metrics (non revenue) 
  • Must meet shared guidelines
  • Non-quota must achieve 100% or higher MBO rating all quarters in qualifying year 
  • Key award criteria 
    • Bar-raising performance
    • Team-amplifying performance
    • Culture-magnifying performance
