  • The Kid’s Club is available for children from 5-12 years old.
  • Kids between 3-5 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the activities.
  • The children are invited to participate and play in the program activities at their own risk.
  • All kids that participate in the Kid’s activities must be registered. The registration form must be filled out completely, be legible, and be signed by a parent.
  • If the participation of the child in any activities proposes any risk or problem, you will be informed immediately. Therefore, the person(s) and or his/her family are responsible for the child and should be always available at The Sands Area.
  • Please note the kid's activities attendant does not perform personal care duties of the kids (e.g., diaper changing, sunblock lotion appliance, feeding or giving medicines), please contact your Resort Host for babysitting services.

  • The resort works directly with a third party called Kangaroo. All babysitters are certified, and they are a reliable company with which to work. Babysitting services are $20 USD per hour with a minimum of three hours plus a $10 USD fee for transportation before 10:00 pm or $15 USD after 10:00 pm. The payment must be made in cash to the babysitter directly.
  • Babysitters can take care of two children at a time depending on the children’s ages.
  • The nannies can accompany the guests on excursions. Preferably knowing beforehand, so she can come prepared if she will need something special (i.e., walking shoes, hat, jacket, bathing suit, etc.).
  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalties.

Thrill seekers are welcome to experience the Extreme Canopy Tour, a 9-zip line circuit through the middle of the jungle, finishing with an optional “Aqua Zipline” for a splashdown. After that we will continue on “Tarzania Coaster” our exclusive attraction combining ziplines and a rollercoaster going through 700 meters of pure adrenaline. From there you will ride on a military truck to visit an open cenote where you can swim and refresh while experiencing our custom water zip line, splashing right in the middle of the sinkhole.
