• The resort works directly with a third party called Kangaroo. All babysitters are certified, and they are a reliable company with which to work. Babysitting services are $20 USD per hour with a minimum of three hours plus a $10 USD fee for transportation before 10:00 pm or $15 USD after 10:00 pm. The payment must be made in cash to the babysitter directly.
• Babysitters can take care of two children at a time depending on the children’s ages.
• The nannies can accompany the guests on excursions. Preferably knowing beforehand, so she can come prepared if she will need something special (i.e., walking shoes, hat, jacket, bathing suit, etc.).
• Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid any penalties.

From there you will ride on a military truck to visit an open cenote where you can swim and refresh while experiencing our custom water zip line, splashing right in the middle of the sinkhole.
