Alex is a seasoned Product Marketing Director with a passion for connecting innovative technologies to the real-world needs of businesses and people. At Vention, Alex leads cross-functional projects and initiatives that span across product, marketing, sales , and executive leadership teams. Prior to product marketing in the robotics and semiconductor markets, Alex designed electronic defense systems for the U.S. Airforce and Navy as a Lockheed Martin engineer. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from Rollins College.

Ira is an optimistic and enthusiastic sales professional with close to 15 years of experience serving a wide range of customers while developing additional distribution networks, playing a key role in bringing ABB to the Vention platform. He joined ABB Robotics Canada with a focus on expanding the solution-based offering around collaborative robots. He supports clients throughout the sales cycle as he holds extensive knowledge in robotics, machine vision, and industrial automation, and provides guidance and key insights to newcomers looking to take on automation projects. He is no stranger to the automation industry. Ira has built relationships with many system integrators as well as with end users at large OEM and Automotive Tier 1 companies through the negotiation of complex sales contracts and delivering cost-saving solutions improving efficiency.
