Marcin Dubel is a technologist, builder, and Head of Technology at Appsilon. After spending years developing R and Shiny applications across industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to finance and entertainment, he now focuses on helping organizations make the most of AI. As a member of the Pharmaverse Council, he is actively involved in advancing open-source solutions for clinical research while exploring how AI can change the way software and analytical applications are built.

Jakub Wąsala is an AI Architect and Senior Engineer at Appsilon. He combines five years of software engineering experience with a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence. In his current role, he oversees projects involving AI agents, knowledge bases, RAG systems, evaluations, and data pipelines in highly regulated pharmaceutical environments. As an early adopter of AI-assisted development, he mentors teams on the effective use of tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, and Codex.

Vedha is passionate about working in R and creating dynamic dashboards using R Shiny. Currently building the open source framework teal for analyzing clinical trials.
