His strategic direction and innovative approach transformed the company from a research and development entity into a profitable, forward-facing sales organisation. His tenure at Ultratest Solutions, from April 2019 to March 2023, was marked by a significant turnaround and the establishment of a strong market presence, becoming the market leader in solutions for the Repair, Test and Data Erasure of Hard Drives & SSD (Solid State Drives).
At NCE Computer Group, Jon was instrumental in the startup phase of the company's UK operations. His strategic involvement in the management buyout and a venture capital refinance played a critical role until the business was successfully sold to Park Place Technologies. From July 1997 to August 2017 in Calne, Wiltshire, his tenure as Director of Sales- Supply Chain Services was characterised by strategic growth and innovative sales strategies.
Jon's career also includes notable roles as a Channel Account Executive at Park Place Technologies after the acquisition of NCE.
With a career spanning pivotal roles such as Sales Manager for Southern Europe at TTI, Sales Manager at Interface Distributors Limited, and Area Sales Manager at Tangent Techniques Ltd., Jon has contributed over thirty years of extensive industry knowledge and expertise.
