Rev. Dr. Sidney S. Williams Jr. is the Senior Pastor of Bethel AME Church in Morristown, NJ, where he has served for 15 years after beginning his ministry in Cape Town, South Africa. A former Wall Street investment banker with an MBA from Wharton, he brings deep expertise in finance, community development, and ministry innovation. He is the Founder of Table of Hope, a nonprofit serving immigrant and low-income families, and the Co-Founder/CEO of both Crossing Capital Group and the Oikos Institute for Social Impact, which equip congregations to repurpose underutilized assets for community transformation. Dr. Williams also serves as an Independent Director of Valley National Bank and is an author, professor, and sought-after speaker dedicated to equipping leaders to “fish differently” at the intersection of faith, economics, and social impact.

Bishop Harry L. Seawright Presiding Prelate, Thirteenth Episcopal District – AME Church Bishop Harry L. Seawright, elected in 2016 as the 133rd Bishop of the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church, currently serves as Presiding Prelate of the Thirteenth Episcopal District (Kentucky and Tennessee) and Chair of the AME Commission on Christian Education. From 2016–2024, he led the Ninth Episcopal District in Alabama. A fourth-generation AME, Bishop Seawright earned degrees from Benedict College and Howard University, where he received both his Master and Doctor of Ministry. Over 35 years of pastoral leadership, he served Payne Memorial (MD), Hemingway Temple (DC), and Union Bethel (MD). He is the author of More Than Bricks and Mortar and Don’t Faint: Help for Hurting Pastors and Their Families. Beyond ministry, he has held leadership roles in church and civic organizations, including the AME Council of Bishops, health and economic development commissions, and advisory boards. Bishop Seawright is married to Sherita Gayle Moon. They have two children, Shari Nicole and Rev. Harry Matthew, and one grandson, Cameron Isaiah.

Donnell Williams is the broker of record and owner of Destiny Realty, a leading African-American independently owned real estate brokerage in New Jersey, headquartered in Morristown with an office in Newark. As President of the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance, he is dedicated to advancing diversity, increasing Black homeownership, and fostering professional excellence in the real estate industry. With decades of experience, Donnell has been a licensed broker since 2001. He has held key leadership roles, including President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, where he focused on professional development and industry innovation. As the founder of initiatives such as House Then The Car, The Impact Campaign, My Offer to Seller, The National Black Real Estate Conversation and the Black Brokers Network, including the celebrated 100 Black Brokers, Donnell has driven efforts to empower Black real estate professionals and promote equity. In addition to his work with Destiny Realty, Donnell is an active member of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. He also contributes to local governance as a member of the Board of Adjustments for Morris Township. A committed community leader, Donnell is the Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Oriental Grand Lodge, a member of the NJ African American Chamber of Commerce a former member of the Morris County Minority Concerns Advisory Committee, and a Silver Level Lifetime Member of the NAACP. Through his leadership and advocacy, Donnell continues to create opportunities for real estate professionals and the communities they serve to thrive in today’s competitive market.
