Donnell Williams is the broker of record and owner of Destiny Realty, a leading African-American independently owned real estate brokerage in New Jersey, headquartered in Morristown with an office in Newark. As President of the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance, he is dedicated to advancing diversity, increasing Black homeownership, and fostering professional excellence in the real estate industry. With decades of experience, Donnell has been a licensed broker since 2001. He has held key leadership roles, including President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, where he focused on professional development and industry innovation. As the founder of initiatives such as House Then The Car, The Impact Campaign, My Offer to Seller, The National Black Real Estate Conversation and the Black Brokers Network, including the celebrated 100 Black Brokers, Donnell has driven efforts to empower Black real estate professionals and promote equity. In addition to his work with Destiny Realty, Donnell is an active member of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. He also contributes to local governance as a member of the Board of Adjustments for Morris Township. A committed community leader, Donnell is the Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Oriental Grand Lodge, a member of the NJ African American Chamber of Commerce a former member of the Morris County Minority Concerns Advisory Committee, and a Silver Level Lifetime Member of the NAACP. Through his leadership and advocacy, Donnell continues to create opportunities for real estate professionals and the communities they serve to thrive in today’s competitive market.

LaTisha Grant is a proven powerhouse in the world of real estate, a fearless leader known for guiding teams of driven entrepreneurs to success. A proud native of Houston, Texas, LaTisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown. She began her career in the financial services industry, sharpening her skills as a Lending Processing Specialist with Fortune 50 and 500 companies including Ameriquest, Countrywide, and Universal American Mortgage Company a preferred lender for Lennar Builders. It was here she developed the grit, focus, and strategic mindset that would later define her career. Fueled by a passion for numbers and education, LaTisha spent three years as a 6th-grade math teacher before seamlessly merging her love for finance and education into a thriving real estate career in 2007. Understanding the urgent need for financial empowerment in her community, LaTisha became a Certified Financial Literacy Educator. She has since dedicated herself to educating youth and adults on credit, homeownership, and financial wellness. Since 2017, she has served as President of the Women’s Council of HBREA, leading initiatives that have educated nearly 1,000 individuals and provided resources to over 100 senior adults. Under her leadership, 12 high school seniors have been awarded scholarships totaling $100,000. LaTisha proudly collaborates with local and national women’s councils, banks, lenders, and industry partners to champion financial literacy and increase access to homeownership. Above all, she is the devoted mother of two incredible sons, who remain the inspiration behind her relentless drive. For LaTisha, real estate and financial literacy are not just passions they are her mission.
