As a former Vice President of SBA Lending with 30 years in commercial finance, her experience spans small business accounting, tax, sales and project leadership roles at American Express, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Integro Bank. Combining Fortune 500 expertise with decades of entrepreneurial success, Rosiland focuses on the challenges of scaling small businesses, particularly in underserved business communities, and has helped secure over $100 million in growth capital funding. She served as treasurer for the Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce and Assistant Director at Community Excellence Project, a community development corporation recognized for its economic and housing development impact in South Phoenix. Thomas Ford

Born at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, Thomas Ford is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Navy whose journey has been defined by service, resilience, and vision. After his military career, he embraced his calling as a serial entrepreneur, pouring his energy and determination into building a Black-owned media company that can stand shoulder to shoulder with the industry’s giants. The road has not been easy, marked by challenges, sacrifices, and setbacks, but Thomas has turned each obstacle into a lesson, growing stronger and more strategic along the way. His experience, insight, and hard-won knowledge now form a roadmap for others to follow. For Thomas, the mission is clear: Black America must not only participate in media but truly own it, not lease, not borrow, but own. Ownership is the cornerstone of influence, representation, and generational power. And while the vision requires a collective effort, Thomas believes it is both possible and necessary. His story is more than one man’s pursuit of success. It is a testament to what can be achieved when persistence meets purpose and a call to action for all who understand the importance of real Black ownership in American media.
