and acquisitions financing. As a former Vice President of SBA Lending with 30 years in
commercial finance, her experience spans small business accounting, tax, sales and
project leadership roles at American Express, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Integro
Bank. Combining Fortune 500 expertise with decades of entrepreneurial success, Rosiland
focuses on the challenges of scaling small businesses, particularly in underserved business
communities, and has helped secure over $100 million in growth capital funding. She
served as treasurer for the Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce and Assistant
Director at Community Excellence Project, a community development corporation
