Ann Lee-Jeffs currently serves as a CSO Certificate Impact Coordinator for the prestigious MIT PE CxO Program. In this role, Ann mentor leaders on their journey to become CSOs. She is passionate about collaboration, activation, and enablement, dedicated to fostering a triad of positive impacts: for people, for the planet, and for profit. Her recent strategic leadership at Modern Meadow, a trailblazing biomaterials start-up, was instrumental in elevating the company to a leadership position in the sustainability domain of the biomaterials industry. With over thirty years of experience, Ann has been at the forefront of driving multinational giants in the life sciences, consumer packaged goods, and chemical sectors towards sustainability excellence. Her career has been dedicated in shaping sustainability programming and narratives at global companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Colgate Palmolive, Honeywell, Pfizer, and Merck. She also had the privilege of serving Washington DC-base world's largest chemical society, the American Chemical Society, to champion the cause of Green and Sustainable Chemistry, setting new benchmarks in the field. You can find Ann speaking at well-known venues such as SxSW, SAE WcX, Sustainable Brands, Change Chemistry, and the American Chemical Society. Her engineering acumen, coupled with an extensive network of global sustainability leaders across all sectors, positions Ann uniquely to leverage collective influence for monumental environmental and social advancements, such as championing the principles of Circularity.
