Ann Lee-Jeffs currently serves as a CSO Certificate Impact Coordinator for the prestigious MIT PE CxO Program. In this role, Ann mentor leaders on their journey to become CSOs. Her recent strategic leadership at Modern Meadow, a trailblazing biomaterials start-up, was instrumental in elevating the company to a leadership position in the sustainability domain of the biomaterials industry. With over thirty years of experience, Ann has been at the forefront of driving multinational giants in the life sciences, consumer packaged goods, and chemical sectors towards sustainability excellence. Her career has been dedicated in shaping sustainability programming and narratives at global companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Colgate Palmolive, Honeywell, Pfizer, and Merck. She also had the privilege of serving Washington DC-base world's largest chemical society, the American Chemical Society, to champion the cause of Green and Sustainable Chemistry, setting new benchmarks in the field.
