Oleksiy Kozhanov is an experienced IT entrepreneur, innovator, and expert in digital business transformation. He has over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, international project management, and digital economy development. He graduated from Kyiv National University of Technology and Design (KNUTD) in 2015 with a degree in Computer Science. For two years, he was the head of the university's student government, which was an important stage in the development of his leadership and management skills. In 2023, he became a member of the International Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine (ICC Ukraine). In early 2024, he was appointed Vice President for Digitalization and Digital Transformation, and since February 2025, he has been Secretary General of ICC Ukraine.
