I am a past Director of Netherlands. Today I focus on PMI Pan European event management and marketing. My focus is working on events that build community and impact that matters.
I also have founded a startup to help companies realize their ambitions through design thinking and strategy development. I support sustainable change through process, communication and analytics to ensure the transformation is meaningful. I enjoy being "hands on" from concept to completion. My motivation is in realizing the business outcome and mentoring the team in the process.

Through mentoring and fostering diversity, I work to bring innovation to the work place by valuing differences and including everyones voice in the discussion. I have created a Mentorship Workbook and training used by individuals and organizations.
I am a member of the Project Management Institute (and am PMP certified since 2006), International Management Accountants, and the Internet Market Association.
