Hello, and Welcome to the Patient Access: Standard Processes, Comprehensive Scheduling, and Technology Enablement meeting!
Over the course of this 3-hour program, we'll have an opportunity to tackle many of the challenges faced by patient access leaders as you strive to deliver the highest quality, most efficient patient access services to your communities. We'll hear from industry leaders on how they are developing strong governance structures and processes that build a solid foundation for patient access. In addition, leaders will share how they have evaluated and implemented automation in patient access, and the structures used to select, optimize, and deliver return on investment. Panelists will also share insights into delivering comprehensive and centralized scheduling, transforming unstandardized, decentralized models into well resourced and effective services. Finally, we'll also discuss call center enablement, and striking the appropriate balance between staffing resources and technology enablement.
