Global Jewish
Food Festival
March 16, 2025
12 p.m. to 5 p.m. EDT
All online! All sessions recorded
The Nosher’s Global Jewish Food Festival is bringing together an array of renowned chefs and food experts for one incredible day of unique cooking classes, demonstrations and discussions, all online.
From Andalucia to Aleppo, from Toronto to Tokyo, Jewish communities have for millennia told vibrant stories of migration, tradition and cross-cultural collaboration through the food they have made. And today, Jewish culinary innovation — along with interest in global cuisines — is at an all time high. So we're bringing it all into your kitchen!
About The Festival
Attendees of our food festival can expect sessions ranging from a Libyan-Jewish cooking class to a discussion of Sephardic Spanish foodways to a virtual tour of Jewish food history in Paris. In addition to the education, they'll have a large serving of fun along the way — all from the comfort of their own kitchens.
Your festival ticket gets you:
- Exclusive access to some of the leading voices in the Jewish food world
- Fun and innovative schedule of discussions and classes — up to 8 hours of programming!
- Recordings of all sessions so you can review the material or see what you missed

About
We’re your go-to guide for everything about Jewish food — from how to make the best matzah ball soup to the secret Jewish history of fish and chips.
Food plays a crucial role in Jewish life, and The Nosher covers it all: an array of traditional recipes from all over the Jewish world; the best Jewish and Israeli food at supermarkets like Trader Joe’s; the Jewish roots of your favorite foods, from ice cream to Old Bay seasoning; and tips and tricks to the best hamantaschen, juiciest brisket, and how to get dinner on the table on rushed weeknights.
Through our website, newsletters, social media pages and events, we share our rich and varied Jewish culinary culture in an accessible – and fun! – way that everyone can enjoy. The Nosher is published by 70 Faces Media, America’s largest non-profit Jewish digital publisher.
