Annmarie Giblin is a Partner in the Global Cybersecurity and Privacy Group at Norton Rose Fulbright. She assists clients navigate the legal complexities surrounding cybersecurity, privacy and data management with a focus on data governance, maintenance, cybersecurity planning and policies, privacy concerns and strategies, emerging technologies, including all aspects of Artificial Intelligence, and related compliance programs. She is a frequent speaker and author on these subjects. Annmarie received her BA from The University at Albany, SUNY and her JD from St. John’s University School of Law. In 2011, he made a significant career shift to the private security industry. Theresa designs and implements bespoke technology solutions for boutique private wealth firms. She also does outsourced CTO work for her clients. Previously, Theresa worked for CRB Consulting Engineers as their Corporate Applications Manager. In this role, she led the team that supported all major corporate applications, including accounting, intranet, secured client portals, and CRB’s website. Theresa is an adjunct instructor for Elmira College, teaching Information Technology in their business management program. She also serves on the board of the Chemung County Veterans Monument organization. Theresa holds a B.A. and M.S. from Elmira College in Information Technology Management, Microsoft Certification in VB.net programming, and has completed executive certification in negotiation through Notre Dame University.
