Carmine is a civil engineer responsible for European Research Actions at STRESS Scarl, Member of the Board of Directors at the Metabuilding Association, Member of the Steering Committee at the European Construction and sustainable built environment Technology Platform | ECTP, and a Built4People PPP Board Member.

Cristina Parrado holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Valladolid. She has developed most of her professional career in the construction sector, working in private companies for 13 years on regional and national innovation projects in both the building and civil engineering fields. In 2021, she joined CARTIF as a researcher and European Project Manager, leading and contributing to projects primarily focused on sustainability and digitalization within the Construction and Infrastructure area.

Antoine Dugué is head of R&D in French RTO Nobatek and specializes in building energy efficiency. He has been the technical leader of the Metabuilding Labs project.

Sylvain Kubicki is Group Leader at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), where he manages a portfolio of research projects and technological developments focused on Sustainable Urban and Built Environment (SUBE).
