Michael is a published author, blogger, and thought leader on emerging trends in business software, digital transformation, digital experiences, and customer experience strategies and technology. In addition to Arion Research he currently is an advisor to G2 and Chairman at LocatorX. Formerly he was the chief research officer at technology unicorn startup G2, where he was responsible for helping software and services buyers use the crowdsourced insights, data and community in the G2 marketplace. Prior to joining G2, Mr. Fauscette led IDC’s worldwide enterprise software application research group for almost ten years. He also held executive roles with seven software vendors including Autodesk, Inc. and PeopleSoft, Inc. and four VC-backed technology startups.

Caroline Dangson is a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Sendbird who focuses on market, competitive and customer intelligence. Caroline has been a product marketer for many tech companies in the Bay Area over the past decade including Oracle, Jobvite and Zoom. Prior to these roles, Caroline served as a research analyst at IDC where she first worked with Mike Fauscette in covering the social software market.
