Hi - I'm Chloe. I’m an early-stage start-up leader; currently COO and Co-Founder at Gigantic! Prior to Gigantic, I had the privilege of leading the People and Operations team at Dribbble from 2017 to 2023. At Dribbble, my team was focused on all things recruitment, culture, and organizational development across all of Dribbble’s brands. Over those 6 years, I helped scale Dribbble's fully remote team from 8 to 100+, all across North America. Before Dribbble, I've held Operations roles supporting the leadership teams at venture capital firm Tiny Capital, and the design agency MetaLab. Over the years, I've enjoyed the challenge of solving a variety of challenges - implementing systems, building processes, and helping to optimize productivity and profitability across teams. The type of work that I find the most rewarding and energizing is when I am contributing to growing something - whether that be an individual's career, a team, a process, a product, a business or an organization's culture.

I'm a veteran of the entrepreneurial arena. The peaks of the journey have been amazing. I have founded, built and sold companies worth more than $600M. I have helped create new technology in artificial intelligence, cloud software, and other fields. In addition to the figurative summits, I have climbed to the literal top of the world, summiting Mt. Everest in 2018. Even more important than the peaks, I have navigated valleys so deep they felt like an abyss. I have been broke, broken, bullied, beaten and fired. I have closed multiple businesses down and made more than my fair share of mistakes along the way. I love developing and innovative technologies, bringing them to market, and scaling organizations to make them successful.

Paul Heller has led technology strategy and product development for Sopheon since 1999. Today, his leadership helps Sopheon’s blue-chip client portfolio achieve high levels of success from their investments in innovation. Paul navigates the technology landscape for both Sopheon and its customers and identifies the business values linked to investments in innovation management systems and processes. He also advises executives on how to be more successful in innovation and regularly speaks and writes about innovation to business audiences.
