Rob is a seasoned OHS professional with 14 years of experience across the technology, professional services, and built environment sectors. Rob is enthusiastic about HSE, who believes in positive communication, a focus on problem solving skills and sharing cross industry best practices. His passion extends to extra activities including his IOSH mentoring, interview chair, and a guest lecturer at the University of Birmingham to support the next generation of OHS professionals.

I have been working within various sectors for the past 10 years as a health and safety manager. These mainly consist within construction where I manage both the systems and personnel for all aspects to keep the workforce safe whilst carrying out their daily tasks. In addition to this I have recently initiated and achieved the build of an ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 platform for Midwest M and E Ltd.

With more than 20 years' experience in the media industry, most of which working on occupational safety and health titles, Kellie has a wealth of expertise in curating health and safety content, both in print and digital. For the past five years, Kellie has hosted live webinars for thousands of IOSH members, written breaking news stories, produced video scripts, travelled the world interviewing experts for podcasts, and produced award-winning eNews letter campaigns – demonstrating her passion for health and safety and her enthusiasm to deliver the best content ecosystem for IOSH and its members.
