At Smith College (Northampton, MA), Haley manages the CRM and Engagement Services Team with oversight for Salesforce, and connected apps including Pardot, Blackthorn, and OnceHub.

I am the Sr Product Manager of ASU’s Salesforce CRM Enterprise application. I am responsible for the Salesforce Enterprise CRM product strategy and innovation roadmap initiatives aligned to institutional objectives. Outside of ASU, I am a member of the Salesforce Advisory Council leadership team and co-host of the PodCACHE podcast.

Florence Parodi is the Executive Director with University of Miami Information Technology's Office of Digital Transformation and Ancillary Applications. In her current role, she works closely with technical teams, functional leaders, institutional units, and subject matter experts to architect and develop applications that translate business requirements into scalable solutions which improves the lives of students, faculty, and staff. Florence a member of the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame and an Emeriti member of the Salesforce.org Higher Education Advisory Council, serving on the council since 2015. As one of the co-founders of Higher Ed Dreamin', she co-hosted the first virtual community conference in 2022. She was the liaison for the third annual Salesforce.org Higher Ed Summit hosted in 2015 at the University of Miami.
