Kasey Morrow

Founder, The Working Mom Collaborative

Kasey Morrow is an innovator, advocate and a mom on a mission to make an impact.  She has spent the last 10+ years serving clients in FinTech, Tech and payments, most recently at Silicon Valley Bank supporting their Top Global e-commerce clients.  She left SVB in October of 2022 to pursue her passion project, The Working Mom Collaborative, a supportive community for working moms at any life stage.   Her passion is fueled by her journey to motherhood which was a difficult road laced with a global pandemic, isolation in a new city, infertility obstacles and a rough ramp back to the workforce.  After struggling to find the support system she needed, she decided to build one herself. Over the last 8 months, she has connected with hundreds of working moms worldwide, has hosted gatherings across Southern California, Arizona and is now entering New York (with many more coming!).

Leslie Borrell

CEO & Founder, Carefully

Through her 20 years as a technology and product leader for industry leading companies including Etsy, Travelocity, and Thoughtworks Leslie has demonstrated a unique talent for building diverse, strong teams capable of solving complex problems with simple solutions and delivering above expectations. She combines her deep understanding of agile values, engineering ethos, and practices that promote early delivery with her core values of empowerment and accountability to grow inspired teams. Since shifting her focus to Carefully in 2020, Leslie has shown her flexibility and adaptability as she pivoted to a new role and industry. First came the FamTech Founder Collaborative in 2020, where Leslie was invited as one of the early members and had the opportunity to build a robust network and nuanced understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the childcare space by interacting with advocates, founders, and experienced leaders. In 2021, Carefully was one of 7 companies accepted into the start.coop accelerator for cooperatively owned businesses. In March of 2022, Leslie joined the inaugural cohort for the City Fellowship, a public private partnership between the NYC Economic Development Corp and Company Ventures supporting impact focused startups working to make NYC better. Most recently, Leslie was selected as one of 50 founders into the Google for Startups Latino Founders fund, which gives her support and funding to focus on extending Carefully’s platform beyond consumers to support large communities, institutions, and employers with an inclusive and low cost option for supporting all parents and caregivers. Leslie has always worked at the forefront of the technology industry, looking for the newest areas where she can adapt her experience, tackle new challenges, and expand her thinking. Carefully is well aligned with that ongoing journey as she works to make the world better through mutualism, community and care.

Lizzie Langston

Postpartum Life Coach

Lizzie Langston is a Certified Postpartum Life Coach, host of The Postpartum Coach Podcast, and advocate for postpartum mothers, helping postpartum women feel more passionate, playful, and full of purpose. Lizzie uses her experience in family studies, human development, communication, psychology, and herstory to facilitate women develop a deeper relationship with their bodies, minds, and wellbeing

Gabriela Perez

Gaby is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with 12+ years in the industry.

She has a passion for early career recruitment building campus and DEI focused hiring programs for undergraduate students. She graduated from Texas State University in 2011 and joined Perficient in early 2022.  She lives in Houston, TX where she grew up and she and her are currently expecting their first child later this year.

Lisa Mudge

Lisa has a passion for anything “People” related

Lisa is an experienced HR professional having worked in the space over the last 10 years. Her career began in the marketing/advertising world when she graduated from Webster University in 1999.  Lisa has been teaching fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and wellness classes since 2006. She has been with Perficient for two years.  She lives in St. Louis, MO with her husband and 5 year old son.

Nicole Kehres

Nicole graduated from the University of Kansas where she studied Business Management and Employment Law. She has worked in various industries in HR Management and also owned a successful photography studio during her time in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is currently a Territory Manager for an International Animal Health Company and helping pets live their healthiest lives! Nicole loves to travel as much as possible and spend time with her husband and three kiddos.
