Jade Markham is the Business Development Manager for Syensqo's Phosphorus Specialties Business. Prior to this role, she served as a Research Scientist and Senior Scientist in the Phosphorus Specialties Research and Innovation team, where she specialised in designing manufacturing routes to complex phosphine ligands and overseeing their scale-up to commercial production. Jade earned her PhD in Phosphorus Chemistry from Loughborough University.

Peter Thornton is a Phosphorus Specialties Senior Scientist at Syensqo. Prior to this role, Peter completed his PhD at the University of Birmingham, followed by a postdoctoral research on nucleoside phosphonates as prodrug preclinical candidates. In his current position, Peter contributes to early R&D and process development, while also acting as a technical lead for several manufacturing processes.
