Donnell Williams

Donnell Williams is the broker of record and owner of Destiny Realty, a leading African-American independently owned real estate brokerage in New Jersey, headquartered in Morristown with an office in Newark. As President of the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance, he is dedicated to advancing diversity, increasing Black homeownership, and fostering professional excellence in the real estate industry.
With decades of experience, Donnell has been a licensed broker since 2001. He has held key leadership roles, including President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, where he focused on professional development and industry innovation. As the founder of initiatives such as House Then The Car, The Impact Campaign, My Offer to Seller, The National Black Real Estate Conversation and the Black Brokers Network, including the celebrated 100 Black Brokers, Donnell has driven efforts to empower Black real estate professionals and promote equity.
In addition to his work with Destiny Realty, Donnell is an active member of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. He also contributes to local governance as a member of the Board of Adjustments for Morris Township.
A committed community leader, Donnell is the Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Oriental Grand Lodge, a member of the NJ African American Chamber of Commerce a former member of the Morris County Minority Concerns Advisory Committee, and a Silver Level Lifetime Member of the NAACP. Through his leadership and advocacy, Donnell continues to create opportunities for real estate professionals and the communities they serve to thrive in today’s competitive market.
