Reiki is a Japanese palm healing technique, practiced remotely or in person to restore life giving energy into the body and removes energy no longer serving that person. Reiki supports reducing depression, anxiety, healing from trauma of any kind and physical pain. I also offer group healing workshops have with live music (Marguerite on Keys), song (Marguerite Singing), drumming, yoga (led by a yoga teacher), dance, movement, and mental health empowerment and education. These workshops can be offered to your group of friends, womxyn of color healing circles, teachers, health care professionals, spiritual groups, churches, community leaders, any group who feels they can benefit from healing practices like this. We give sound tools that folks can walk away with that include worksheets with local BIPOC therapists in the area, non-profits that support mental health, housing resources and more. Our goal is to teach ways we can self-heal, educate the community and ultimately empower them to make wise and holistic choices on ways to maintain health and wellness. Click "Services" to learn more about these healing services offered. Marguerite also speaks on panels to share her story of recovery, hope and healing with mental illness and also offers knowledge of how to maintain wellness and health. She is able to create events for your group as well. Right now everything is being offered virtually but as majority of the U.S. becomes vaccinated I will open these offerings in person again. :) I will continue to offer both virtual and in person even after the pandemic for these healing services.
