LaTisha Grant is a dynamic force in real estate, widely recognized for leading teams of ambitious entrepreneurs with passion and precision. A proud Houston native, she earned her Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown before launching her career in financial services. With experience at industry giants like Ameriquest, Countrywide, and Universal American Mortgage (a Lennar Builders Preferred Lender), she developed the tenacity and mindset that continue to drive her success today. LaTisha's professional journey also includes three years as a middle school math teacher, where her love for education met her growing passion for finance. In 2007, she transitioned into real estate, combining both disciplines to empower clients and communities alike. As a Certified Financial Literacy Educator, LaTisha is deeply committed to advancing financial empowerment. Since 2017, she has served as President of the Women’s Council of HBREA, where she’s led financial literacy programs reaching nearly 1,000 individuals and supported over 100 local seniors. Under her leadership, 12 high school students have received scholarships totaling $100,000. LaTisha actively partners with women’s councils, banks, lenders, and community organizations to make homeownership attainable and financial literacy a priority. Donnell Williams is the broker of record and owner of Destiny Realty, a leading Black-owned independent brokerage in New Jersey, with offices in Morristown and Newark. As President of the Black Real Estate Professionals Alliance, he champions diversity, Black homeownership, and industry excellence. A licensed broker since 2001, Donnell is a past President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers and founder of key initiatives including House Then The Car, The Impact Campaign, My Offer to Seller, The National Black Real Estate Conversation, and 100 Black Brokers. He’s an active member of the North Central Jersey and New Jersey Associations of Realtors, and serves on the Board of Adjustments in Morris Township. Donnell is also Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Oriental Grand Lodge, a NJ African American Chamber of Commerce member, and a Silver Lifetime NAACP member. His work continues to uplift real estate professionals and the communities they serve.
