Byrne Reese, Group Product Manager, Platform : Byrne brings over 20 years of experience in developer-oriented product management, including a seven-year tenure at RingCentral. He oversees the core RingCentral Developer Platform, where he is responsible for the APIs, SDKs, documentation, and ecosystem health that ensure developer success at scale. In addition to this core role, Byrne leads RingCentral Labs, an innovation hub exploring the frontier of new products. Under his leadership, Labs has incubated and launched Workflow Builder and App Connect, and spearheaded the release of Embeddable 2.0, which collectively serve tens of thousands of customers every month.
