Chris Jeffers

Chris has more than 20 years’ experience in the property and FM sectors. Experience includes operational FM contract management, FM strategic reviews supporting clients to align FM delivery to business goals, service provider performance reviews, procurement lead roles, including contract and specification writing, FM cost analysis and review, technical adviser roles on PFI projects, and whole life cost analysis. Chris is a mentor and counsellor for the RICS FM Assessment of Professional Competence pathway, has been an educational standards assessor for IWFM, and continued to support several key industry initiatives. He is the current chair of the IWFM Procurement Special Interest Group.

Mike Packham

Trained initially as a quantity surveyor, Mike Packham subsequently obtained a masters in property development / project management and became involved in facilities management consultancy. With more than 30 years experience, Mike provides clients with independent financial and management advice at every stage of the property life cycle. He has worked on several IWFM projects, has been an IWFM Impact Awards judge and co-authored IWFM’s Operational Readiness Guide.
