Gail Kregel is a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing with over a decade of experience supporting students across Northeast Wisconsin. For ten years, she served as an itinerant teacher, working with learners of all grade levels and hearing abilities. Over the past two years, Gail has transitioned into a classroom program teacher role at the middle school level, where she teaches reading, writing, math, and social skills to mostly profound Deaf students. Her inclusive and student-centered approach reflects a deep commitment to fostering growth, independence, and confidence in every learner she supports. She believes strongly in being teachable—continually learning from her students, colleagues, and experiences—and is committed to supporting fellow educators through collaboration, shared strategies, and mutual growth. Gail’s work is grounded in empathy, adaptability, and a deep dedication to helping every student reach their full potential.
