Dr. Diana Isaacs, PharmD, CDCES

Diana Isaacs, PharmD, BCPS, BC-ADM, BCACP, CDCES, FADCES, FCCP is an endocrine clinical pharmacy specialist and the Director of Education and Training in Diabetes Technology at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Isaacs earned her PharmD from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) and completed a pharmacy practice residency at the Philadelphia VA. Dr. Isaacs serves in leadership roles for several pharmacy and diabetes organizations. She served on the ADA Professional Practice Committee for 2020-2023, the committee that updates the ADA Standards of Care. She is a national board member of the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES). Dr. Isaacs was awarded the Ohio Pharmacists Association Under 40 Award in 2019 and was the 2020 ADCES Diabetes Care and Education Specialist of the Year. In 2022, she was inducted into the SIUE Hall of Fame for her far-reaching contributions in patient care.

Natalie Bellini, DNP FNP-BC BC-ADM CDCES Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University Endocrine Nurse Practitioner and Program Director Diabetes Technology, University Hospitals Diabetes and Metabolic Care Center (Cleveland, Ohio, USA) Dr. Bellini is Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University and Endocrine Nurse Practitioner at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio where she is the Program Director of Diabetes Technology following approximately fifty-five thousand people with diabetes. Dr. Bellini earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Drexel University and Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice from D’Youville University. Dr. Bellini holds board certifications as a family nurse practitioner and in advanced diabetes management. She has published studies on topics including the use of GLP-1 agonists in patients with Type 1 diabetes as well as the use of technology in diabetes management. She has been a speaker nationally and internationally regarding diabetes management and the impact of technology on diabetes care and outcomes.

Dr. Jennifer Goldman, PharmD, CDCES, BC‑ADM, FCCP

Dr. Jennifer Goldman is a professor of pharmacy practice at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA, where she teaches in the pharmacy and physician assistant programs. She is a clinical pharmacist and Director of Cardiometabolic Services at Well Life in Peabody, where she trains and precepts PharmD students, residents, and fellows. With over 35 years of practice, she is board certified in advanced diabetes management, a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacists. Dr. Goldman has presented at local, national, and international pharmacy and medical conferences and has served on state and national public health and diabetes boards. She has received numerous awards for scholarship, teaching, and service, and has published extensively in the areas of diabetes, cardiometabolic and renal disease, and health professions education.

Dr. Anastasia Albanese-O’Neill, PhD, APRN, CDCES

Anastasia Albanese-O’Neill, Ph.D., CPNP-PC, CDCES, serves as vice president, medical affairs, at Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) where her team focuses on accelerating clinical adoption of emerging therapies in type 1 diabetes (T1D) and raising awareness about early detection and clinical trial participation. Prior to joining Breakthrough T1D, Albanese-O’Neill was an assistant professor of pediatrics and nursing at the University of Florida, where she maintained an active research portfolio and clinical practice. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals including Diabetes Care, The Lancet, Pediatric Diabetes, and Diabetes Technology & Therapeutics.   Albanese-O’Neill has been a passionate diabetes advocate since her daughter was diagnosed with T1D in 2002, and has provided testimony at congressional hearings, the White House, and in the Florida legislature. She is a co-author on state, national, and international position statements on diabetes in the school setting aimed at improving care and removing barriers for students with diabetes. She was recognized in 2025 with the Women in Leadership in Diabetes Award and in 2023 as the Diabetes Care and Education Specialist of the Year by ADCES.

Dr. Taylor Stephens, PhD

Dr. Stephens received her PhD in Clinical Psychology, with a Child and Family emphasis, from Palo Alto University. She completed her clinical residency and postdoctoral fellowship in Pediatric Psychology at Cleveland Clinic Children’s. Dr. Stephens now serves as Associate Staff in the Center for Pediatric Behavioral Health department at Cleveland Clinic Children’s, where she specializes in providing care for pediatric patients coping with endocrinology conditions, primarily focused on pediatric diabetes (e.g., T1D, T2D, MODY). Dr. Stephens is passionate about working with young patients and their families to discuss adjustment to a chronic medical condition and/or the associated treatment, identity integration with their medical condition, and taking a strengths-based approach to not only coping with but also thriving with a chronic medical condition.

Kashif A. Latif, MD

Kashif A. Latif, MD A M Diabetes & Endocrinology Center Dr. Kashif A. Latif was born in Pakistan and attended Aga Khan University Medical College. He practiced internal medicine in Dyersburg; Tennessee. He came to Memphis in 1992 and completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Tennessee. When his son; Ahmed; was diagnosed at 11 months of age with juvenile diabetes; Dr. Latif decided to specialize in endocrinology. He felt he could better learn how to monitor and live with his son’s diabetes; and care for patients with diabetes and diseases of metabolism. After completing his training; Dr. Latif opened AM Diabetes & Endocrinology Center in 2002. The center is named in honor of his son. Dr. Latif has 21 years of experience in endocrinology; diabetes & metabolism. He is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine and is affiliated with 25 hospitals and has contributed to 6 publications.
