Olga Bobin is Senior Director, Talent Mobility at EPAM Systems, where she leads a global team of 100+ professionals supporting workforce deployment across more than 50 countries. She has led EPAM’s Talent Mobility function since its early development, helping connect talent with opportunities across borders while supporting the company’s global workforce strategy.
