With almost 25 years in the ISP industry, including three years running his own ISP and 13 on a local provider’s board, he’s focused on giving ISPs the tools and analytics to win and keep customers by improving subscriber QoE. Previously a Senior Product Manager at Sandvine, Dan holds an MSc in Computer Science from Western University.
