Adults living with cystic fibrosis are invited to join BreatheCon, a virtual event to connect with other adults with CF in a welcoming and inclusive space. Event programming will be announced in December. Reserve your spot for BreatheCon 2025 today!

What to Expect at BreatheCon 2025
BreatheCon offers a variety of ways to participate and meet other adults with CF, including small-group discussions, fun activities, and inspiring panel presentations. Session topics explore the unique experiences, milestones, and journeys with CF, including:

- Gain insights from people of color with CF as they share their personal journeys of self-advocacy
- Hear stories from older adults with CF as they share their perspectives, life lessons, and advice to the younger generation
- Discuss the challenges and changes Trikafta brings to diet, nutrition, and weight
- Explore unique journeys to parenthood, including the use of fertility treatments and adoption
- Discuss the emotional and mental health challenges of living with CF when CFTR modulators are not an option
- Connect with others managing CF alongside additional health conditions and share strategies for coping and managing care
- Connect with other adults navigating life after a lung transplant
- Learn about CF Foundation Compass and other resources and services to support you on your CF journey
- Enjoy virtual games and social opportunities to build your CF community!
Acerca de BreatheCon
