Sandia Martin is deeply passionate about the environment and helping farming to become a regenerative activity. She founded Amata Green (“Beloved Green”) in 2017 and led the company to win a semifinalist position in Indigo Ag’s “Terraton Challenge” for her innovative idea to bring mobile pyrolysis to middle-America farmers. Ms. Martin is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law where she earned her J.D. as well as the prestigious Environmental Law Certificate. She has been a Sustainability Consultant and Agricultural Sustainability Subject Matter Expert since 2014. Amata Green is also a consulting member of the Companies Vs Climate Change Sustainability Consulting Firm, bringing climate change mitigation to the forefront of agriculture. Ms. Martin has led Amata Green as a Sustainability Consultancy, and now to becoming a leader in biochar producer.
