She has experience in project management of digitalization of public and administrative services, implementation of GovTech and CivicTech solutions, including integration with tender platforms such as Prozorro. She advises international participants on access to public procurement in Ukraine and the use of DREAM ecosystem data. She is actively involved in training stakeholders through demonstration sessions, roundtables and seminars.

Previously he was co-founder of a payments fintech where he was responsible for regulatory compliance, operations and dev-ops, adding to his commercial skillset.

Oleksii Kozhanov

Oleksiy Kozhanov is an experienced IT entrepreneur, innovator, and expert in digital business transformation. He has over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, international project management, and digital economy development. He graduated from Kyiv National University of Technology and Design (KNUTD) in 2015 with a degree in Computer Science. For two years, he was the head of the university's student government, which was an important stage in the development of his leadership and management skills. In 2023, he became a member of the International Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine (ICC Ukraine). In early 2024, he was appointed Vice President for Digitalization and Digital Transformation, and since February 2025, he has been Secretary General of ICC Ukraine. He is the founder and CEO of a number of successful technology startups, including Flash Web, Ubaly, and the charitable initiative Lend Hand. • Implemented over 50 large-scale digital projects in Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia • Developed a platform for NABU (National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine) • Led IT departments and managed teams of 30+ specialists in international companies

Vladimir Shchelkunov

President of ICC Ukraine

Member of the ICC World Council, member of the Governmental Committee of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Doctor of Economics, Professor, Academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. He has been a pro bono advisor to a number of Ukrainian governments (in accordance with international practice, presidents of ICC national committees are appointed advisors to the first persons of the state on a pro bono basis). V.I. Shchelkunov is the author of 120 publications, including: 17 monographs, 7 textbooks, 19 reports at scientific and practical conferences, 90 information and analytical articles. He is the scientific editor of 5 monographs of scientific and practical conference proceedings. He is the chairman of the specialized council for the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations of the IEM NAU, co-chairman of the Ukrainian Union of Scientific and Technical Intelligentsia.

Ilya is a finance and investment expert with extensive experience in mobilizing capital, managing international financing instruments, and developing donor-funded and guarantee-backed solutions for businesses. His work focuses on fostering investment inflows, creating financial mechanisms to support Ukrainian enterprises, and strengthening cooperation between the private sector and international financial institutions.

Ian Dunning

Director, TradeTech Solutions Ltd.

Ian is a former banker with HSBC, for the past 20 years Ian has been involved in the conception, design and development of online reference data portals & delivery systems for the international banking community e.g. SWIFT’s SWIFTRef business unit. In developing these systems he extended the use of payments reference data into systems designed for corporate use; payments and e-invoice validations. He is also a published author of books (in English and Italian) on how to gain commercial benefits from the internet. For the past two years, Ian, together with Nick, has been working closely with ICC Ukraine on their Rebuild Ukraine Portal and Global Export Promotion Program.
