I completed my doctorate in Business Administration at Grenoble Ecole de Management, France, in 2013, having held a PMP project management degree since 2008. I am currently an Assistant professor ar Notre Dame University, Lebanon. I have over thirteen years of teaching experience and twelve years of training practice. I have lectured and organized many conferences, trainings, and symposiums in Lebanon. In addition to four English books on Leadership, I have had twelve articles published in international peer-reviewed journals. My writing reflects a practical approach understandable to management practitioners as well as to academics. My scholarly interests range widely from project management to Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and strategic management. My teaching philosophy reflects my interests in collaborative learning rather than the "full frontal teaching" method characteristic of large-scale lectures and seminars.
