Todd Tuthill
Managing Partner, Rincon Aerospace
Todd Tuthill is the Managing Director of Rincon Aerospace, where he leverages more than three decades of executive leadership and systems design experience to guide organizations toward engineering excellence. Todd has managed the full lifecycle of complex programs, from concept and design to combat deployment. His technical expertise is grounded in the development and certification of flight-critical control systems for 26 different airframes, spanning fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and unmanned systems.
Before founding Rincon Aerospace, Todd was a Vice President, Director of Engineering, Chief Engineer, IPT Lead, Program Manager, and Systems Engineer at major aerospace and defense firms including Raytheon, Moog Aircraft, Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, and Siemens.
Todd was the Chief Engineer for the F-35 Lightning II flight control actuation system. His design and leadership experience also includes iconic platforms such as the F/A-18 Super Hornet, F-15E Strike Eagle, and commercial aircraft like the Airbus A350 and the Embraer E2 series. His career is defined by delivering high-performance systems for the industry's most demanding missions.
