Founder, Cypher

With over a decade of experience at the intersection of furniture and tech, Diana has forged a unique niche in the world of 3D visualization. She began her career at MillerKnoll (Herman Miller) as a certified ergonomist selling, specifying, and training on technical office furniture products. Inspired by the transformative potential of 3D technology to enhance user experiences, Diana pivoted to join the Digital Innovation Team where she researched emerging tech and pioneered award-winning 3D projects. In 2024, Diana founded Cypher, a human factors and spatial computing firm that specializes in planning, ordering, and executing technical 3D content for complex and high-end products. Today, she and her team oversee the production of 3D content for Cypher’s clients, innovate on data discovery methods, and build modular configurators using 3D Cloud’s platform. As an artist, craftsman, and part-time piano rebuilder in her family’s business, Diana understands the mechanics of how high-quality things are fabricated. She enjoys solving puzzles, playing with power tools, and marveling at the connection between real world building and spatial computing.

Ruta Garmus

Director of Production, Home & Office, 3D Cloud

Ruta Garmus is Director of Production, Home & Office at 3D Cloud, where she leads production for enterprise 3D commerce programs. With a background in finance, business analysis and production leadership, she brings a data-driven approach to managing complex 3D content and technology programs. Away from work, Ruta loves travelling, getting out on her motorcycle, and getting stuck into the garden.

Before joining 3D Cloud, Jeff spent more than a decade at American Woodmark, one of the nation’s largest cabinet manufacturers, serving as Director of Applied Innovation. His experience gives him firsthand insight into the technology, systems and business challenges facing the kitchen and cabinetry industry.

Natalia Gesiorski

Head of Training & Design Strategy, 3D Cloud

Natalia Gesiorski is Director of Product Management for Home & Office at 3D Cloud as well as the Editor in Chief of SPATIAL Magazine. After years leading training and design strategy, she now brings that deep understanding of designers to product leadership, working closely with customers and product teams to shape 3D experiences for home furnishings and contract furniture manufactuters. When she's not designing rooms in the 3D Cloud Room Planner, she's renovating her own house, outdoors, and spending time with her family.

For much of that time, he's been on the front lines of delivery, working directly with our partners in launching 3D applications and strategies. Jeff has a passion for keeping close to the bleeding edge, and currently supports our AI team with R&D and rapid prototyping.
