PRISM (Peer-vetted Research Initiative for Safety Methodologies) under Women Who Do Data, a 16-week AI safety research program that uses peer selection to scale mentorship and turn the senior-researcher bottleneck into a multiplier. Our EleutherAI SOAR pilot produced two accepted papers (NeurIPS 2025, ICASSP 2025) at a 25:1 researcher-to-mentor ratio. When I'm not thinking about AI, you'll probably find me cheering on indie game creators as a Community Director at International Game Developers Association (IGDA).
